For as long as I can remember, I felt things deeply, often without understanding why. As a child, I struggled with stomach aches, unease, and a lingering sense of dread that seemed to follow me everywhere. Later came social anxiety and panic attacks that made everyday life feel overwhelming at times. Even during the happiest seasons of my life, I would suddenly feel waves of heaviness that didn’t seem to belong to me.

For years, I tried to cope the only way I knew how. Alcohol became a temporary escape because it helped me feel “normal” for a little while, but deep down, I knew it wasn’t truly healing anything... and I didn’t want to become an alcoholic.

Everything began to shift when I learned I’m an intuitive empath.

Understanding that I was deeply sensitive to the emotions and energy around me changed the way I saw myself. Instead of being broken or weak, I was just carrying far more than I realized.

Through Reiki, meditation, grounding practices, prayer, and spiritual healing work, I slowly learned how to create safety within myself instead of constantly feeling overwhelmed by the world around me. I became calmer, more present, and more connected to who I truly am.

That journey led me to create Soul Serenity Haven, a space rooted in compassion, peace, and genuine human connection. I offer intuitive, heart-centered energy healing sessions designed to support relaxation, grounding, emotional balance, and spiritual peace. My practice flows from a caring place, guided by personal faith and respect for every client’s beliefs and comfort level.

This work is deeply personal to me. I know what it feels like to search for relief, to feel emotionally exhausted, and to long for inner peace. I believe healing begins when we finally feel safe enough to let go of what we’ve been carrying inside and reconnect with the peace, balance, and light God already placed within us.
